Replaced a single detached property to create two spacious semi detached 4 bedroom chalet bungalows.

Large 3 bed detached new build family house, planned, designed and built to a high standard.

New build 6 bed HMO house of multiple occupation, built primarily for students close to Leicester's universities.
Bodmin Avenue, Wigston- 2 Four Bedroom Semi-Detached Houses
Acquired land with planning for 2 four bedroom houses, we further enhanced the layout of the houses by re-applying for planning to enlarge some of the rooms. We created two large 4 bedroom family homes that enhanced the local area by putting use to previously un-used land. These were built to a high standard and sold to owner occupiers.
